The National Company Law Tribunal has allowed the merger of Zee Entertainment and Culver Max Entertainment, clearing the way for the creation of India's biggest media company worth $10bn, following clearance by NSE, BSE, the Competition Commission of India and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
